These fancy kettle chip nachos are loaded up with some classic ingredients you find on a charcuterie board for a tasty snack that’s perfect for sharing.

How to make it

    Preheat oven to 425°F.

    Arrange Miss Vickie's® Sea Salt Original on baking sheet in even layer. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Top evenly with Brie and small dollops of fig jam. Garnish with prosciutto, strawberries, olives and hot pepper flakes.

    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden. Sprinkle with fresh thyme and a drizzle of hot honey before serving.

Tips & Tricks

  • Substitute fig jam with your favorite fruit chutney or jam, or drizzle with balsamic glaze if preferred. Substitute prosciutto with serrano ham if desired. Sprinkle also with a handful of chopped walnuts, hazelnuts or almonds for added crunch.
