Bright, tangy, and naturally sweet, this paleta is a tropical escape in frozen form. Juicy diced pineapple pairs with the bold fizz of MTN DEW^®, while a splash of fresh lemon juice adds a zesty twist. A drizzle of smooth agave syrup rounds out the flavors for a perfectly balanced treat

Ingredients

3 cups diced pineapple from a fruit cup in 100% juice, strained
1 ½ cups Mountain Dew Regular
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp. or ½ oz agave

How to make it

Blend 2 ½ cups diced pineapple pieces, MTN Dew, lemon juice, and agave.

Evenly divide the remaining pineapple into the molds, tapping them down to the bottom.

Stir the popsicle mixture and slowly pour into each popsicle mold (evenly).

Insert the popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight.
