Preheat oven to 400°F.

Arrange half the RUFFLES® Original Potato Chips on large parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with half the Monterey Jack. Top with half the chicken, half the corn, half the red pepper, half the jalapeños and half the onion. Repeat layers one more time.

Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Tips & Tricks
Drizzle nachos with barbecue sauce and sour cream. Garnish with avocado and green onions. Serve with lime wedges.
Use your favorite barbecue sauce for these nachos. Sweet and smoky sauces are a nice choice with shredded chicken and creamy Monterey Jack cheese.
If your crowd likes spicy nachos, top with extra jalapeño pepper slices before baking and finish with a drizzle of chipotle hot sauce.
