Preheat oven to 400°F.

In medium bowl, using handheld electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in sour cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well blended. Stir in 3/4 cups cheddar and 1/2 cup bacon.

To greased 8 x 4” baking dish, add cream cheese mixture and smooth top. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar and remaining bacon.

Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly golden on top and dip is bubbling.

Sprinkle with scallions and serve warm with RUFFLES® Original Potato Chips for dipping.
Tips & Tricks
For variation, substitute plain cream cheese with herbed cream cheese.
Add 1 tbsp rendered bacon fat to dip for an extra smoky bacon flavor.
