Thirty minutes is all that’s needed to create this quick and creative skillet meal.
Season chicken breasts with garlic, lemon zest, rosemary and salt and pepper, if desired.
Heat olive oil in a skillet. Brown chicken breasts 5 minutes each side, or until no longer pink inside. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
In same skillet, combine 1 ½ cups water, beans, lemon juice and contents of Spice Sack. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer 3 minutes.
Stir in couscous. Cover; remove from heat. Stand 5 minutes.
Fluff couscous lightly with a fork; serve alongside chicken.
