Snickerdoodle Bark combines white candy coating and cinnamon-flavored Life^® cereal for a sweet, crunchy treat with a hint of pecan and a sprinkle of finishing salt.

Ingredients

1/2 cup Life Cereal - Cinnamon
1 lb white candy coating, broken up into pieces
11 oz white chocolate chips, 1/4 cup reserved for topping
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup pecan halves, coarsely chopped
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Pinch of large flake finishing salt

How to make it

Line a baking sheet with wax paper.

Microwave the white candy coating and 1 ¾ cups of the white chocolate chips with the coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl, stopping every 30 seconds to stir until fully melted and smooth, about 2-3 minutes total.

Mix in the vanilla extract.

Pour on top of the wax paper.

Immediately top with a sprinkle of the ground cinnamon.

Quickly press the Cinnamon Life^® Cereal, 1/4 cup of the white chocolate chips, and pecans on the white chocolate. Sprinkle with large flake finishing salt.

Let cool for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
