Dip 1 rice cake into the coffee for 1 second per side. Transfer rice cake to the center of an individual serving plate, spread with 1 tablespoons of Nutella. Dip another rice cake in coffee for 1 second per side, then stack on first topped rice cake. Spread with 4 tablespoons of vanilla yogurt. Repeat to make another single serving.
