Heat all ingredients in saucepot. Reduce by half.

Cool. Set aside.
Miso Salmon

Preheat air fryer to broil (400°F).

Add the salmon to a bowl and coat with 1 tbsp marinade.

Add salmon to air fryer for 3 minutes.

Top remaining marinade from bowl and broil for additional 3 minutes.
Miso Veggies

Preheat air fryer to 365°F.

Toss veggies with other ingredients.

In a medium saucepan, add the oats, ginger and chicken stock.
