How to make it

In a medium sized bowl or bowl of a stand mixer, add ricotta cheese, cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar, salt, lemon zest (optional). Mix until smooth and combined.

Add the heavy cream, then beat well until light and fluffy.

Fold in the mini chocolate chips, reserving about a tbsp for garnish.

Spoon the cannoli dip into a bowl for serving, and top with the reserved chocolate chips.
