These simple prosciutto- and Brie-filled Tostitos® Scoops!® make an impressive appetizer for any dinner party.

How to make it

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Arrange Tostitos® Scoops!® on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Line each scoop with piece of prosciutto. Top with Brie cube and dollop of jam.

    Bake for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese starts to melt.

Tips & Tricks

  • If you can’t find raspberry jalapeño jam, substitute with mix of 2 tbsp raspberry jam and 1 tbsp jalapeño or red pepper jelly.
