Raspberry Ganache Swiss Roll Rice Cake is the perfect combination of sweet and chocolatey. It turns a bakery dessert into an easy sweet treat you can make anytime, featuring a chocolate flavored rice cake, gooey chocolate fudge and tart raspberry jam.

Ingredients

1 Quaker® Rice Cakes - Chocolate
1 tbsp chocolate fudge
1 tsp raspberry jam
1 tbsp of your favorite chocolate crumble (a crumbled brownie, swiss roll or cookie), or chocolate sprinkles
1 chocolate bar

How to make it

Mix fudge and raspberry jam together.

Spread the mix on the rice cake.

Top with chocolate crumbles or chocolate sprinkles.

Use a veggie peeler to shave the chocolate bar and then garnish the rice cake with shaved chocolate.
