S’more RUFFLES® Ridged Marshmallow Treats

With all the flavors of s’mores, these ooey-gooey RUFFLES® treats are sure to make any crowd smile with glee.

Ingredients

How to make it

    Grease 11 x 7-inch baking dish.

    Open RUFFLES® Regular Potato Chips bag and squeeze bag to lightly crush chips into smaller pieces.

    In large saucepan set over low heat, melt butter. Add 4 cups marshmallows. Stir for 3 to 5 minutes or until completely melted. Remove from heat.

    Immediately stir in crushed chips and crushed graham crackers until coated. Let cool slightly. Stir in chocolate and remaining marshmallows.

    Using oiled or wet hands, press marshmallow mixture into baking dish.

    Let stand for 30 to 60 minutes or until set; cut into 12 bars.

Tips & Tricks

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For an over-the-top presentation, top with more marshmallows, use a blowtorch to toast the top, drizzle with melted chocolate, and garnish with more crushed RUFFLES® Regular Potato Chips and crushed graham crackers.
