This fusion pizza with taco flavors and toppings makes a speedy weeknight dinner. It’s also a fun and easy way to celebrate Cinco de Mayo when you’re short on time.

Preheat oven to 450ºF.

On lightly floured work surface, roll out pizza dough to 10-inch round. Transfer to pizza pan.

Spread SANTITAS® Hot Salsa over top, leaving 1/2-inch border. Sprinkle evenly with Monterey Jack cheese. Top with sausage.

Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted and bubbly.

Slice pizza into wedges. Garnish with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, crushed SANTITAS® Yellow Corn. Drizzle with sour cream and garnish with cilantro.
Tips & Tricks
For loaded taco pizza, top also with chopped avocado, pickled jalapeño peppers and green onions.
Substitute Monterey Jack cheese with cheddar or Tex-Mex cheese blend if preferred.
