Cheesy Mac Cups

Serve up bite-sized cups sure to bring cheesy cheer.

How to make it

    Pre-heat oven to 350°F.

    Make Mac-A-Roni Creamy Cheddar according to package instructions.

    Once Mac-A-Roni has been prepared, add the cheddar cheese, american cheese, and milk. Stir to combine so that the cheese is melted and fully incorporated.

    Allow to cool for 5 minutes, then add egg. Mix well.

    Scoop into oiled muffin tins and bake for 17-22 minutes, or until the edges are crisp and golden.

    Meanwhile, toast panko breadcrumbs in a pan on low heat until golden brown. Cool, then combine with parsley and set aside.

    Carefully remove the finished mac and cheese cups from the oven.

    Garnish with reserved breadcrumb mixture, then serve and enjoy!

  • Serving size and cook time is dependent upon size of muffin tin used o 12 pieces for 22 mins for standard muffin tin o 24 pieces for 17 mins for mini muffin tin
