Preheat oven to 400°F.

In large skillet set over medium-high heat, heat oil. Cook ground beef and taco seasoning, stirring occasionally, for 8 to 10 minutes per side or until browned and cooked through.

Arrange DORITOS® Nacho Cheese Flavored Tortilla Chips on parchment paper–lined baking sheet. Spoon beef mixture evenly onto tortilla chips and sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese. Bake for 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese has melted.

Garnish each with dollop of sour cream and cilantro leaf.
