Prepare Near East® rice according to package directions.

Meanwhile, in small mixing bowl, combine honey, orange juice, soy sauce, garlic and ginger; mix well. Add cornstarch and continue mixing until sauce begins to thicken.

In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook chicken 5 to 8 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink inside. Add honey sauce, snow peas and sliced almonds to chicken. Cook for 10 minutes longer or until snow peas become crisp-tender; stir frequently. Serve chicken mixture over Near East® rice.
