How to make it

Preheat oven to 350°F in 2.5” half hotel pan

Warm vegetable stock over low heat, keep warm for later use

Mix peppers, mushrooms, and onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste

Make salsa+ recipe and reserve. Combine Salvadorena sour cream and salsa con questo until uniform, reserve for later use

Add 4 oz of chips to warm vegetable stock. Allow to soak for 2 minutes. Remove from stock and spread in an even layer over sauces

Spread 5 oz of mushroom, pepper, and onion mixture evenly over chips. Top with 2 oz of salsa+ and 2 oz of queso and sour cream mixture. Top with 6 oz of shredded cheese blend

Repeat steps 4 and 5 to add another layer of chips, vegetables, sauces, and cheese

Once finished layering, place in 350F oven for 35-40 minutes

At the 30 minute mark, check to make sure the cheese doesn't get too dark
