RUFFLES® Potato Chip Energy Bites

Boosted with protein powder and sweetened with honey, these oat bars are prepared with natural peanut butter and crushed RUFFLES® for a tasty crunch.

How to make it

    Line 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, with paper overhanging sides.

    Using fingertips, in medium bowl, lightly crush RUFFLES® Original Potato Chips.

    In large bowl, stir together oats, peanut butter, honey, protein powder and 1 cup crushed RUFFLES® until well combined. Scrape oats mixture into prepared pan and press into evenly layer.

    Drizzle melted chocolate over top; smooth top. Sprinkle with remaining RUFFLES®. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until chocolate is firm and bars are set.

    Remove from pan and cut into bite-size squares to serve.

Tips & Tricks

  • Substitute peanut butter with almond butter if preferred.
