This recipe creates a refreshing tabbouleh salad featuring crisp cucumbers, cauliflower, and crunchy walnuts, all tossed in a flavorful cumin-infused vinaigrette.

In large bowl, combine wheat salad mix and contents of Spice Sack. Stir in water. Let stand 30 minutes.

In medium skillet, add walnuts and heat over medium heat. Cook 5 to 6 minutes or until nuts are light golden brown and fragrant, stirring frequently. Remove from pan; set aside.

In same skillet, heat 2 tbsp oil over medium heat. Add cauliflower; cook 5 minutes or until just tender.

In large bowl, combine wheat salad mix, walnuts, cauliflower, cucumbers, parsley and green onions.

Combine remaining oil, lemon juice and cumin. Pour over taboule mixture; toss. Let stand 30 minutes.
