In large saucepan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken, onion and cumin; sauté until meat is slightly browned and onions are translucent.

In same pan, add 1 ⅓ cups water, remaining 1 tbsp olive oil, contents of Spice Sack, carrots and zucchini.

Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low. Simmer 2 minutes.

Stir in couscous and raisins; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes. Stir before serving. Serve with condiments, if desired.
