Heat 1/4 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium heat.

Mix 2 cups Pearl Milling Company™ Buttermilk Pancake Mix with 1 ½ cups water. Add oatmeal and chocolate chips.

Spoon 3 heaping tbsp of the batter onto the skillet; cook until bubbly (about 1 minute), then flip once. Cook another 30 to 60 seconds or until underside is browned. Transfer to a serving plate.
