Preheat oven to 300°F. Grease 12 cups of nonstick muffin pan.

Transfer FUNYUNS® FLAMIN’ HOT® Onion Flavored Rings to large resealable bag and lightly crush using rolling pin. Divide evenly among muffin cups; set aside.

In blender, blend eggs, cottage cheese, cornstarch and salt until smooth. Add Gruyère; pulse to combine. Divide egg mixture evenly among cups.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until set. Let cool for 5 minutes and remove from pan. Garnish with chives.
Tips & Tricks
Substitute Gruyère cheese with Swiss or cheddar cheese if desired.
Refrigerate egg bites in airtight container for up to 3 days.
Reheat in microwave until warmed through or serve at room temperature or freeze for up to 2 weeks; thaw overnight before serving or warming.
