Hot cocoa is a family favorite and this rice cake recipe will be too. Sweet marshmallow fluff, rich dark chocolate, and creamy chocolate whipped cream come together on a chocolate flavored rice cake for a delicious and quick treat.

Ingredients

1 Quaker® Rice Cakes - Chocolate
1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup whipped cream

How to make it

Spread marshmallow fluff on the rice cake.

Melt the chocolate chips in a bowl in the microwave and then drizzle the rice cake with the melted dark chocolate.

Mix the remaining melted dark chocolate into the whipped cream then top the rice cake with a dollop of the chocolate whipped cream.
