In large saucepan, bring water and oil to a boil. Stir in rice and both seasoning packets. Return to a boil.

Cover; reduce heat to low. Simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until most of water is absorbed.

Transfer to large serving bowl and let cool 15 minutes.
