With chocolate, mango, and chia and flax seed add-ins, these no-bake energy balls with crushed NatuChips® and oats are a quick boosting snack that’s sure to please.

How to make it

In a food processor, pulse NatuChips® Plantain Chips Original until finely ground. Transfer to a large bowl.

Add Quaker® Oats Quick 1-Minute Oats, almond butter, honey, ground flax seeds, chia seeds, 2 tbsp water and vanilla. Mix until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips and dried mango.

Roll mixture into 1-tbsp balls and arrange on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours or until firm.
Tips & Tricks
Change up or omit mix-ins as desired. Substitute chopped mango with dried fruit like pitted dates, dried apricots, raisins or cranberries. Fresh berries like strawberries, blueberries and raspberries work nicely too.
Store in airtight container in refrigerator for 3 to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
Substitute almond butter with your favorite nut butter or nut-free butter as preferred.
