With chocolate, mango, and chia and flax seed add-ins, these no-bake energy balls with crushed NatuChips® and oats are a quick boosting snack that’s sure to please.

How to make it

    In a food processor, pulse NatuChips® Plantain Chips Original until finely ground. Transfer to a large bowl.

    Add Quaker® Oats Quick 1-Minute Oats, almond butter, honey, ground flax seeds, chia seeds, 2 tbsp water and vanilla. Mix until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips and dried mango.

    Roll mixture into 1-tbsp balls and arrange on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours or until firm.

Tips & Tricks

  • Change up or omit mix-ins as desired. Substitute chopped mango with dried fruit like pitted dates, dried apricots, raisins or cranberries. Fresh berries like strawberries, blueberries and raspberries work nicely too.
  • Store in airtight container in refrigerator for 3 to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 1 month.
  • Substitute almond butter with your favorite nut butter or nut-free butter as preferred.
