    Prepare Near East® rice according to package directions.

    Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Cook green onions, beans, carrots, tomatoes and black olives. Cook for 5 to 8 minutes or until tender.

    Stir cooked vegetable/bean mixture, vinegar and basil into cooked Near East rice.
