Crunchy and chewy granola that captures all of the goodness of a classic trail mix. Enjoy as a snack or as a topping on yogurt.

How to make it

    Preheat oven to 325°F.

    Mix all dry ingredients together in a medium bowl.

    Add maple syrup and oil to the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well coated.

    Spread mixture into an even layer on a parchment lined sheet tray.

    Bake for ~25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Do not mix during baking.

    Cool for ~15 minutes and gently break into clusters before enjoying.
