Prepare Near East® rice according to package directions except add olive oil instead of butter and add frozen peas with contents of spice sack.

Meanwhile, in large skillet, heat peanut butter, grape jam, water, soy sauce, lemon juice and ginger over low heat. Cook 30 seconds or until melted. Stirring constantly. Stir in cooked chicken and green onions.
