With Smartfood^® Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn Popcorn, this chocolate bark makes the perfect snack mix for munching.

Ingredients

7 oz semi-sweet chocolate, chopped and melted, divided
1 cup Smartfood® Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn Flavored Popcorn
1/4 cup small banana chips
2 tbsp sweetened shredded coconut
4 strawberries, sliced
1/4 cup dried blueberries

How to make it

Spread two-thirds melted chocolate into 11 x 6-inch rectangle on parchment paper–lined baking sheet, about 1/4 inch thick.

Sprinkle Smartfood^® Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn Popcorn over top. Garnish with banana chips, coconut, strawberries and dried blueberries.

Drizzle with remaining melted chocolate. Let stand for 20 to 30 minutes or until chocolate is hardened and set. Break into pieces to serve.

Tips & Tricks

Substitute banana chips, coconut, strawberries and dried blueberries with your favorite mixture of chopped nuts and dried fruit as desired.
